Well, I’ve switched…
…to Verizon Wireless, that is. And you know, for a company with a corporate logo like the horns of Satan, they are actually really nice. I spoke with five reps tonight about various things and every single one of them was polite beyond reason. And they knew their shit, as opposed to the “Uh, well…I don’t know…let me check…and transfer you…to someone else.” that I got with Cingular. While my new phone isn’t as sexy as the Nokia 7610 I had with Cingular, I am very happy with just how competent this Motorola E815 seems. Plus, now I have a GSM phone for trips to Europe and a really solid US phone for home. The best of both worlds, I’d say.
